A successful fulfillment of any Bachelor's degree is
needed. An applicant will also have to undergo interview
and evaluation by a screening committee of members of the
faculty. A student will be admitted to the M.S. program if
his/her baccalaureate degree is a B.S. and if the
sub-field courses to be taken from the Archaeology degree
are science courses. Applicants with a background in the
social sciences or humanities will be admitted in the M.A.
Program.

Application for the Diploma/MA/MS Program

archaeologist. This should be submitted via email ONLY

To get into the PhD program, it is a pre-requisite that
you have an MS/MA degree.

is an overview of your PhD research topic, generally to
give the faculty an idea about your academic research
and how this will be implemented.

Admission Requirements

Once you are ACCEPTED to the program, you will need to
submit the following Entrance Credentials for admission to
the University:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Official transcript of records with Remarks:
"COPY FOR UP DILIMAN". This should be from
the last university/college you attended.
- Honorable dismissal from your previous
university/college
- Duly accomplished OUR Form 3 - Student Directory (to
be emailed to you)
- Pre-Enrollment Health Assessment (PEHA) Certificate –

For International Students, please
email ASP for the
list of requirements. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions,
we currently do not require a student visa. However, be
prepared to apply for this once the Philippine borders
open.

Validation of Admission Requirements
Upon issuance of UNIVERSITY ADMISSION SLIP (UAS), you are
given ONE (1) MONTH to submit hard copies of ALL ORIGINAL
ENTRANCE CREDENTIALS (OEC) to ASP.
